Returns

I do not accept returns.  All sales are final.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me with questions at info@twigsandpatches.com.  You can also contact me prior to ordering if you would like more details or photos about a particular item.  Please include the name and the link to the item so that I can respond properly.

Damages

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item if damaged or defective, or if you believe you received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the situation and do what we can to make it right.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the initial order.  Please email us at info@twigsandpatches.com to initiate a cancellation.  Beyond this timeframe, we cannot accept cancellations. 

Shipping and Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 – 5 days from order receipt.  If we are not able to ship within 5 days, we will contact you.  Please email us at info@twigsandpatches.com if you have an urgent purchase request, and we will do our best to accommodate  your request. 

Packaging

As much as possible, orders are packaged using recycled and repurposed shipping supplies, while doing our best to protect your order in transit. 

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup.  

USA and International Shipping

All domestic shipping will be sent via USPS within 5 days from order receipt.  Most orders will be send USPS First Class with tracking or USPS Priority.  If  you require your purchase to be sent Express, Overnight, or via another carrier, please contact us for shipping quotes.

We currently do not ship beyond the USA and Canada.  If you require a shipment to a country outside of the USA and Canada, please contact us for shipping quotes and customs declaration information.
